We answer the phone 24 hours a day for plumbing emergencies in Bothell, on both the King County and the Snohomish County side. There is no answering service and no callback queue for emergencies.

What happens when you call

We ask for your address and which side of the county line you are on, because that decides which water and sewer district covers your street.

We ask what you are seeing. If it sounds like the fault sits on the public side, we will tell you to call your district first, for free, before we come out.

If it is your side, you get a flat quote in writing before any work starts. Permits get pulled and 811 gets called every time.

Bothell is served by five separate water and sewer providers, and if the problem sits on the utility side of your property line it is not your bill. Every one of them runs a 24 hour emergency line and will come out free to tell you whose problem it is. Call yours before you call any plumber, including us.

No other plumbing company serving Bothell publishes those numbers, because every call you make to a district is a dispatch fee they do not collect. We are fine with that trade. And if you tell us you already called them, we will not charge you to diagnose the same thing twice.

  • What you are seeing, hearing or smelling, and when it started
  • Whether you have already shut off the water, and whether you know where the shutoff is
  • Whether you have already called your water or sewer district
  • Access notes — gate codes, dogs, parking, crawlspace entry

If water is actively running and you cannot find the shutoff, call first and we will talk you through finding it while we are on the way. Do not wait to find it before calling.
