The plumber that tells you when it is not your bill
We are a plumbing business working Bothell and the surrounding area, on both the King County and the Snohomish County side, 24 hours a day including holidays. Most of what makes us different is on this page, and some of it costs us money.
Why this site publishes other people’s phone numbers
Bothell is split across two counties and served by five separate water and sewer providers. Which one covers your street depends on which side of a line your house sits on, and most residents genuinely cannot tell.
That matters because a large share of the calls a Bothell plumber gets are not the homeowner’s responsibility at all. If the fault sits on the utility side of your property line, the district owns it, and every one of them runs a 24 hour emergency line and will come out free to tell you so.
So we publish those numbers on our contact page and tell you to call them before you call us. Every one of those calls is a job we do not get paid for. We think it is the correct trade, and it is the reason people call us back for the work that genuinely is theirs.
If you tell us you already called your district, we will not charge you to diagnose the same thing twice.
How we price work
A flat quote, in writing, first
You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts. Not an hourly rate that moves, and not a number that changes once the wall is open without you agreeing to it first.
Permits pulled, 811 called
Every time. Permits are pulled where the work needs one, and 811 locates are called before anything goes in the ground. Skipping either is how a cheap job becomes an expensive one.
We publish our prices
Typical ranges for the work we do most are on the site, so you can sanity-check any quote — ours or anybody else’s — before you agree to it.
The answer comes before the invoice
Working out whose problem it is comes first. If it is not ours to fix, we tell you who to call.
Two counties, five districts, one town
The county line runs through Bothell, and it changes more than the address on your mail. It changes which district you call in an emergency, who is responsible for the side sewer running from your house to the main, which permit process applies to your job, and which rebates you can claim on a water heater.
King County side
98011. Served by the City of Bothell, Northshore Utility District, and Woodinville Water District depending on the street.
Snohomish County side
98012 and 98021, including the unincorporated pockets that carry a Bothell mailing address. Served by Alderwood Water & Wastewater and Silver Lake Water & Sewer.

What we do not do
We do not work on the public side of your property line — that is your district’s job, and they will do it free. We will tell you when that is the situation rather than quoting you for it.
